I ordered a Mega BBQ Fries, but the male staff at the cashier misunderstood and thought I ordered the Giga size. When he repeated my order, I heard “Mega,” so I assumed he had gotten it right. During payment, I realised the mistake and clarified that I had ordered Mega. Instead of simply correcting the order, he responded rudely, saying, “Just now I ask you, you say yea.” I explained that I heard him say “Mega,” but he just replied “Oh” and brushed it off. The misunderstanding itself was minor, but his attitude and tone were unnecessarily rude and made the experience unpleasant. Food: 1 Service: 1

Absolute time waster, waited 20 mins and there was nobody, is either management only placed 1 employee for shift and they are on break or staff went off to smoke or number 2 without placing notice. Incident happened on 24th September 2026 around 3pm-3:15pm. Service: 1
