I had a disappointing experience at Potato Corner Jewel today. While I was asking my husband which flavour he wanted, the staff suddenly raised her voice and said, “MISS, MISS, CONFIRM YOUR ORDER. ANYTHING ELSE?” I was still deciding and hadn’t confirmed anything yet. Before I could confirm, she keyed in Chilli BBQ without asking. I actually wanted Truffle, so I politely asked if she could change it. Instead of responding professionally, she gave me a very annoyed look, as if I had inconvenienced her by asking for a simple correction. The staff member was wearing a tudung and glasses, which may help management identify who was serving during that shift. I understand that working in F&B can be busy and stressful, but customers should still be given a moment to decide without being rushed or spoken to rudely. Changing an order that hadn’t even been confirmed shouldn’t be treated like it’s a burden. I hope the management reviews the customer service at this outlet, as this experience left a very poor impression. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Queued 7.10pm, ordered 7.35pm, waited until 8.15pm and still didn’t get my food. At least 10 left the queue and wow the lost of sales is not surprising PT staff was so slow and could see he wasn’t familiar with things.. what made it worse was the FT staff who DIDN’T HELP his PT staff and disappeared to the washroom (I assume) for a good 15min when it was so chaotic? Everyone was crowding at the counter urging for their order and PT staff was clearly overwhelmed. Requested for refund and dude tap the screen for 5min dk do what but still no refund only received order after insisting they do mine first at 8.20pm and my kids were already super cranky.. FT staff moved super slowly and no sense of urgency at all.. it’s not easy to do F&B in SG but this is not it.. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
