I was excited to get my fries after school today but when i went there, there was only 1 staff there. And he was paying attention to his phone which was fine but i had to call him 3 times to get his attention so i can order my food. When he finally paid attention he looked annoyed as if like i did something wrong? After that when my card didnt work, i didnt know my card wasnt accepted for payment and he started getting pissed off at me, im just hungry and wanting to buy some food.. But i just canceled the order and left since i got anxious and annoyed about how bad the service was. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

We recently visited your East Point Mall Branch around 1:00 PM today and ordered a Tera Fries. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. • The fries given to us were clearly refried instead of freshly cooked. Because of this, the seasoning didn’t stick, and the fries were bland. • When I raised this concern, the cashier (a lady with a ponytail) denied it and instead blamed the oil. • Upon requesting a replacement, she handled the situation very unprofessionally—rudely setting aside the cup, showing attitude, and later tossing the replacement order onto the counter without a word. As a long-time Potato Corner fan, this was very disheartening. I expected not just fresh fries but also respectful customer service. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as experiences like this can turn loyal customers away. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
