My partner and I came here for dinner and everything was delicious! We got the Tantan broth hotpot and with everything included it was enough for the two of us. We also tried there fries and they were perfectly salted and were very tasty. They offered bottles of wine which also paired nicely with our food. The service friendly and welcoming Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Pots Bar & Kitchen, located in the heart of Nozawa Onsen, is an absolute must-visit :) From the moment we walked in, the attention was warm and welcoming. The owner personally greeted us and gave perfect recommendations for our meal. We kicked things off with some yuzu margaritas, which were absolutely incredible—refreshing and full of flavor. For appetizers, we tried the fried tofu, fried chicken tenders, roasted Napa cabbage, and spinach muchim. Each dish was perfectly prepared, with the roasted Napa cabbage being smoky and tender, and the spinach muchim offering a delightful balance of seasoning and freshness. For the main course, we shared two big hotpots for our group of five: the tan tan broth hotpot and the mat ganjang broth hotpot. Both were packed with flavor and came with a generous amount of fresh vegetables. To top it off, we were served high-quality Japanese Wagyu and Shinshu pork to cook in the hotpots, which elevated the whole experience. We finished the meal with a delightful mochi cake for dessert. The restaurant itself has a cozy and warm ambiance with great vibes, making it a perfect spot to enjoy an amazing meal in Nozawa Onsen.
