Poulet once used to be fancy, upclass and delicious. Over time it had slowly deteriorated to become like a family restaurant serving mediocre food. Food served hot but tastes were all bland and one dimensional. Service and ambience was super but chicken mains tasted more boring than what the food court offered. The sides were very good. Strong suggestion for management to look into refreshing the taste of the mains - especially the sauces that complement the chicken. I recently hosted a large extended family gathering at Poulet, and overall it was a very pleasant experience. The staff were well-prepared and incredibly friendly, even pausing their tasks to help us take group photos, which we really appreciated. We ordered some of the classics — the half chicken, carbonara, and chicken pot pie. The food arrived promptly and was served hot, with the chicken cooked nicely and full of flavor. However, the mashed potatoes were slightly disappointing this time, as they were a bit cold and not as buttery as I remembered. That said, the overall dining experience was still enjoyable. The set meals are reasonably priced, and the desserts were a great addition to the meal. I’d definitely return again, especially for future family gatherings. Loved the ambience and food at this outlet. The music is also quite good. I ordered the spicy chicken lunch set with their creamy mushroom sauce, and I loved the meal. The creamy mushroom sauce was very savoury, and the chicken was nice and tender. The toast that came with the set was nicely toasted, and I feel that the entire meal was amazingly prepared. The staff here is also very nice and checked in on us when we dined here. I had a positive overall experience here. Would recommend! :) Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
