Pow Sing Kitchen is probably the most ungenerous (or stingy if bluntly put) merchant I have encountered. The half chicken (S$19.62; photos 1 to 3) was suspiciously tiny. (Yes, it was a half chicken. A half chicken that looked like a quarter.) The amount of sauce provided for the Hainanese Pork Chop was equally miserable (photo 4). Also, we requested for more sauce for the Chilli Prawn with Tofu but the dish was drowned in oil instead (photo 5). This dinner was meant as a celebration for Christmas Eve and my parent's 30th wedding anniversary so thank you for ruining it. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SGD 30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1
