아이스아메리카노에서 마시자마자 상한듯한 강한 신맛만 나서 정상적인 음료라고 보기 어려웠습니다. 원두의 산미 수준이 아니라, 보관 상태나 추출 과정에 문제가 있는 듯한 맛이었습니다. 시간이 지나 먹은게 아니라 아아2잔에 빵2개를 먹고가려고 받 자마자 2층에서 마을때 느낀겁니다. 개인의 입맛때문이며 음료 재제조나 다른 음료로의 교환, 환불 등 어떤 조치도 불가능하다고 답변을 받았습니다. 알바생들에게 혹시 커피가 원래 이러한지 여쭈어보니 자신들도 여기 커피는 맛이 없어 안먹는다며 알바라서 권한없다 응대하 고, 전화응대하는 매니저는 자다가 깬 목소리로 알바들이 어려 서 커피맛을 몰라서 그렇다며 커피맛에 대해 컴플레인이 들어온 게 없으니 어떤 조치도 못해주겠다합니다. 돈이 아깝기도 한데 딱 한입 마신 그 맛이 최악입니다. As soon as I drank it in iced americano, it was hard to say it was a normal drink because it had a strong sour taste that seemed to go bad. It wasn't the acidity level of the beans, but it tasted like there was a problem with the storage condition and extraction process. I didn't eat it over time, but as soon as I got it to eat two iced americanos and two breads, I felt it on the second floor as soon as I got it. I received an answer that it is because of my personal taste and that no action is possible, such as re-manufacturing drinks, exchange for other drinks, or refund. When I asked the part-timers if this is how coffee is supposed to be, they responded that they didn't have any authority because they were part-timers, saying, "This is because the part-timers are young and they don't know the taste of coffee," and the manager who responded to the phone said, "I can't do anything about the coffee because there was no complaint about the taste of coffee." It's a waste of money, but the taste of one bite is the worst.
