We always enjoy dinning at Prairie. The food was delicious, unique dining atmosphere and pleasant ambiance. The flavors of everything was delicious. If I could give one recommendation is to make the portions slightly bigger. My husband came home and was still hungry. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Atmosphere - 6 out of 5 Service - 4/5 Food - 3/5. I can see the chef made an effort the make the food complex and flavorful. But the dishes’ taste were not balanced. The prawn salad - seasoning way too strong as a starter. The seabass was so salty we cannot finish it. And skin was kinda soggy already when served. The rest dishes are okish but far from impressing.
