Quality & Trust Can’t be more pleased by the level of service and professionalism: We actually had a first experience that left us disappointed and explained it by sending an email. They emailed us back and asked for a second chance and because we were around for an event, we decided to go back again. We were greeted by the Manager “K. Joe” who gave us, with the staff, one of the most fabulous experience we’ve had in our stay. They made sure everything was right on for us from beginning til the end, and gave us a 5 star experience which we will remember. The food was great with GREAT selection of desserts. I think the chef also came to apologize and made us feel appreciated. This level of customer service was inspiring and should be shared because it’s not very present in Samui. We will gladly come back for more! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
