Located on the ground floor of the Miracle Grand Convention Hotel in the Lak Si district of Bangkok, Premprachakorn Restaurant is a newly renovated dining spot that delivers an exceptional international buffet experience. Whether you are a hotel guest looking for a hearty breakfast or a local food enthusiast searching for an expansive dinner spread, this restaurant ticks all the right boxes with its diverse culinary offerings and elegant ambiance. The first thing that strikes you upon entering Premprachakorn is the welcoming and spacious environment. With a capacity to comfortably seat 150 guests, the layout feels airy and uncrowded, making it an excellent venue for everything from casual family dinners to more formal business lunches. The staff is consistently attentive and polite, ensuring plates are cleared promptly and drinks are kept topped up, which significantly enhances the overall dining experience. When it comes to the food, the buffet stations are impressively varied and well-maintained. The restaurant successfully bridges the gap between Eastern and Western cuisines. Diners can indulge in fresh Japanese sashimi and sushi, satisfying Chinese dim sum, and succulent roast duck. For those craving Western flavors, the spread includes high-quality seafood, a fresh salad bar, and beautifully cooked steaks. The absolute standout, however, is the live teppanyaki station. We kicked off the New Year with a lovely lunch at Prem Prachakorn. The hotel itself has this charming colonial vibe that instantly makes you feel like you’re stepping into something special. The buffet was top-notch, every dish came with layers of flavour, great textures, and beautiful presentation. I especially enjoyed the fish steak and shrimp suki, but honestly, everything we tried was delicious. The dessert section was good, with variety of options, and I loved that they served hot beverages alongside it. Perfect way to end a meal! After lunch, we stayed over to the The Miracle Bakery House for drinks and chess matches. They had a fun New Year promo buy one fruit drink, get one for free and it even came with a little serving of popcorn, which was such a surprise. I couldn’t resist trying their hot caramel macchiato, and wow, it was rich and comforting. We also ordered their signature chocolate and blueberry cheesecake for home. The chocolate cake was especially indulgent, so dense, rich, and absolutely satisfying. The ambiance throughout was warm and welcoming, and the staff really stood out. Everyone we interacted with was polite, efficient, and genuinely hospitable, which made the whole visit feel extra special. Toilet is impeccably clean. Overall, Premprachakorn gave us a wonderful New Year’s dining experience, great food, great drinks, and great service. Definitely planning to come back again soon!
