[Urban] Exquisite cake Stylish cafe restaurant This cafe-restaurant apparently opened on November 12th on the second floor of the Keike Saryo building. No, it seems to be a cafe bar. I went there for a cafe time in the afternoon, and the cake "Prima Stella", which has the same name as the store, was really delicious. I think it tasted about 1.3 times better than what you would expect when you hear "cake". The logo is already stylish, but when you enter the store, there are many Lassen-style paintings on display, giving it a sophisticated look. The word "urban" came to mind. The atmosphere around here reminds me of the Sardinia resort I visited earlier. There is no cake set. For drinks, I ordered a cafe latte. It is usually delicious. The cake seems to be a soufflé cheesecake coated with chocolate mousse, but the chocolate mousse is rich and has a strong presence, and it is well chilled and a little hard. It's not too hard though. The texture was a nice accent and I really liked the taste. The owner on the way home? When I asked them about it, they told me that they had the recipe for the cake ready even before they opened, so it was a long-awaited opening. Even though we talked for a very long time, both the staff and the owner were very accommodating and made me feel like the shop was very comfortable. Apparently they also have lunch and dinner, so I'd like to go eat pasta next time. I'd like to try cream puffs for dessert, but I might choose Prima Stella again.
