Today 02 May 2026 Saturday I go collect my whole cakes, previously I pre-ordered three whole cakes and already mentioned clearly I need three set of knife candles bday tag MDay tag. I asked her to write down at the pre-order list to be clearly done.. no wonder she refused to write down... Your staff the auntie who's the taken my pre-order as said will give me what I need .. her colleagues another auntie only give me one set I told her I need two more set as I mentioned earlier and you said will give it to me, at the end she refused to give me and she take away what her colleagues already packed for me.. told me you only can choose one another need to charge you.. I told her I order three whole cakes and now you suddenly told me need to charge or you choose one between the bday tag or MDay tag and she accused me you only mentioned MDay tag never even said bday tag.. ok fine bday tag I wouldn't buy from here , so no choice then she give the MDay tag.. Your store doesn't have any biggest plastic bag can fit more than three whole cakes?!!? I see her keep on squeezing everything together at the small bag end up the bag torn and she still insisted this will be fine.. I told her please give me a double bag and she still don't want to give .. I told her if halfway my cakes all drop out from the torn plastic bag who's going to take this responsible isit you ?! Then Finally she took another plastic bag continue squeezing everything in ... After she realized she unable to squeeze in, she want to take out everything squeeze to another plastic bag I stopped her and she refused to listen, I stopped her the second time give a separate plastic bag ... She still give me the torn plastic bag .. I went to other shop to buy a big plastic bag just because of your staff ! From the start she's angry.. now she's very angry.. Why she want to keep the torn plastic bag for herself isit??! The staff supposed to open the cake let customer check isit correct and good condition.. she ask me to open myself then she open one give me see I can't even see the. She close everything... If there's anything wrong make me in trouble again?! So at the earliest timing agreed what I said what I wanted just because want to earn this customer money?! Previously I spent more than $100+ at this branch.. no wonder your staff keep quiet ... This is my first time buying also will be the last time... I kindly add on to let your know your staff, that day she still wrote down the wrong date and timing .. I wanted to double check she refused to let me check .. she still said to me write your name and mobile number why you have to see so long write so long.. I told her you write wrongly is she still said nothing wrong... Omg can tell me what's your staff going on what's she trying to do??? Horrible customer service!!? Very good your staff make my cake become like that.. keep on squeeze the cake!! Give your staff a excellent award! Yes I'm complaining your staff at lot one.. the horrible customer service I had experience ruined my good day ! May I know how is your management going to solve this issues? Please reply asap! Worst waffle I ever tried of all outlets . The waffle I had was pre made . It was cold, hard , and the texture was bad . After I took my waffle , the aunty pre make a new one but there isn’t any customer . Wondering if all outlets now pre made the waffle or just this outlet . Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

8th May 2026 - Update Decide to give this PrimaDeli branch another chance, bought another peanut butter waffle but it's the same. As soggy as before. I don't think I will be buying anymore waffles from this branch. ‐------------------ This stall's waffles doesn't uphold the Prima Deli's name! It's soggy and not crispy at all. Prima deli used to be much better! Quite disappointed. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
