Came down few times to buy waffle Last week I came at 8.30pm where Google says they closed at 10pm, I was informed by the staff that waffle station closed at 8pm. Disappointed but fair enough. Came down today at 7.45+pm, the staff said they closed the waffle station in order to clean up There were time before 8pm, there was another Malay couple who were disappointed too as they were informed about 8pm closure timing for the waffle station I was utterly upset about it because one of their staffs tried to argue and reason with me about having the rights to close earlier and (we) don't expect that everytime we want something, it must be provided or be available. Makes no sense to me, why do you argued and said these unnecessary words when you literally closed earlier and at fault I had raised my voice when this staff argued with me and until the other staff handed the mobile phone to me to speak to their employer. Throughout the call, I told their employer that you can put up a signage to say that waffle station operating hours (ie. Close at 7.45pm) it'll give a clear indication of the operating hours. Even after stipulated timing, you can continue to sell as per your wish. And not informed customers the closure timing is at 8pm and ended up closing earlier which turns out giving false hope and disappointing customers who specially came down to order. Upon leaving the place, I saw the same staff giving a mocking look and laughters, I returned to the shop to question her. However, I decided not to make a scene over a waffle. I may have raised my voice and showed my unhappiness, it was a burst of emotions I had. I'm thankful that my clear mind choose not to make a scene for a piece of waffle. Food: 3 Service: 1

Hearing that you’ve missed out on your favourite waffles several times due to early closures is not the experience we want for you. We have highlighted this to the franchisee, and we are currently reviewing the waffle station timing and operational flow with them to ensure we are serving our customers reliably. i buy a Cake from Prima deli Bukit Panjang . Taste of the cakes so delicious and also i buy waffle , crispy & filling is perfect . BPP primadeli is doing a good job . Keep it up ! Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
