Went to prime burger central Pattaya. The have a sign that says please wait to be seated, so I waited about 2 mins with staff just looking at me . Then a guy strolled past me and just sat at a table and then staff went over and gave him a menu . This was the only table available. I pointed to the the sign to the staff and said why have it if you not follow the rules. Last time I ever go to prime burger after eating there weekly for the past 5months. Staff are absolutely useless and have no real customer service.tThis opinion is after many many visits this reflects on management and them hiring staff that don't care about customers or have the aptitude to see a customeris waiting to be seated as the sign requests. Lost a customer today. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
