Hi Serene, thank you for your feedback. We can confirm and assure you that mango is not a substitute or replacement option for any fruit, and if the customer was ordering extra mango, it is most likely that they were charged for the extra mango. As we don’t have the exact details we are unable to trace the incident to which you refer, but that said, our staff are always happy to clarify the details of another customer’s order if it helps ease any concerns you have. We would also like to clarify that while there is no direct substitute for pineapple, we always give more dragonfruit and melon in place of the pineapple. You may also like to consider the DIY bowl if you prefer selecting your favourite toppings with your açai. In addition, we do not serve water and no service charge is levied against our orders. However, if water was being served to a customer in our cup (and not their own bottle or other vessel), then we will ensure to highlight this to our team as well. As we are supported by a team of student part timers, the training process will prioritise all essential information first, before other policies such as the ones to which you refer to. We hope this clarifies your concerns.
