1 of the best Nasi Ayam Penyet I have eaten in Singapore. Their rice is fragrant and is easily separated grain by grain. Their fried chicken is so crispy and the meat is tender. The soul of their food is the samba chilli. It pair so well with the ayam. And it's not too spicy to the extent that you will choke on your first mouth. Lastly, ask for their homemade black sauce to drench on your rice, the taste will elevate another level. Definitely must try when you are at Senja Hawker Centre.
