We loved every dish we were served and it was some of the most complex dishes we’ve ever tasted. Very clever menu, perfectly balanced in all flavours and undoubtedly one of the best degustations we’ve experienced around the world. Excellent x 100000! A first visit that's truly memorable. We came to celebrate a girlfriend’s birthday and were thoroughly impressed from start to finish. Chef JJ and his team delivered a unique and thoughtfully crafted gastronomic experience. Every dish was beautifully presented, showcasing creative flavours and a clear sense of purpose behind the menu. What made the experience even more special was the sincerity and warmth of the service team. They were attentive, genuine, and made us feel very welcome throughout the meal. A particularly touching gesture was the birthday surprise; a polaroid photo of us as a thoughtful little gift. Among all the fine dining experiences the three of us have enjoyed over the years, this was the first time a restaurant went the extra mile in such a personal and meaningful way. Thank you to Chef JJ and the entire Province team for making the celebration so special. We left with full hearts, wonderful memories, and a strong desire to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a truly distinctive and heartfelt dining experience. Note: Birthday bakes were self-brought. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Had a great experience at Providence. The duck and prawn toast were clear highlights for me - thoughtfully composed and full of flavour. What stood out most was how the menu reinterprets Singapore-inspired elements in a refined, modern way. Fine dining quality, but without the formality—elegant yet easy to enjoy.
