Fried youtiao, or dough fritters is feshly made, tastes alright but the ones sold at the roadside tastes better. The one served here has too much dough inside, or maybe that is the preferred style here, i am not sure. Personally, i prefer a more airy internal for the youtiao. The congee is way too salty, i can only eat the ingredients, whole bowl of porridge just can't take it. The fish don't taste fresh and the congee is not hot, its served lukewarm.
