We stopped to ask for directions but ended up getting lured into this little joint built into an actual cave. Despite its endearing name, there were no pufferfish in the menu, though it had a lot of other seafood dishes to offer the patrons! There is a minimum spending of TWD250 per pax, so for the six of us, we ordered 2 appetizers and 4 mains, all of which tasted splendid. The fried fish platter (fresh, flaky fish fillet battered and deep fried until airy and golden) paired so well with the homemade garlicky chilli sauce; the pasta dishes were well-seasoned and topped with generous amounts of seafood; the tomato-based risotto could do with a pinch more salt but the basil adds a refreshing after taste, and the white wine clam pasta was amazing with its savory, slightly sweet-astringent profile. The staff were also attentive and great at recommending! All in all, a wondrous find in quaint Keelung. Highly recommend. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $200–400 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
