"PULAU"@Wang Tau Hom Lok Fu Plaza Afternoon tea was ok. The store opened in 2021 and was formerly a Western restaurant "Seafood Stand" and another Japanese restaurant. Before The Link took over, it was "Good Products" and "Wah Cheong Department Store" during the opening period of "Lok Fu Centre". I visited yesterday afternoon and the table time limit has been increased to 1 hour. (2023.06.12) Last night (2022.05.13) I was so angry when I went to the Lok Fu Plaza store for dinner: 1) Follow the instructions of the staff and fly outside the door, but the ticket machine hangs. Later, the sister in charge of the store arranged for us to sit in a table for 2 people near the kitchen where the dishes are served. Maybe because during the yellow rain period, the store turned off the air conditioner and only turned on the fresh air blower. We sat there for about 30 minutes, even without wearing a mask. Even my underwear was completely wet. As soon as I stepped out of the store, the temperature was 35+ but the air was immediately fresh. 2) We were seated at 1925 and ordered skewered chicken (arrived within 15 minutes) and Hainanese chicken rice (arrived within approximately 45 minutes). Because I was extremely thirsty after ordering two drinks but they did not arrive, I asked the staff to give me a glass of cold water to quench my thirst; approx. Lemongrass, mint and lemon honey was delivered at 2020, and the drink size was quite small. At 2035, I asked the staff for water for the third time, and a cup of hot water was delivered about 5 minutes later. If you come here, it is most important to bring your own water, otherwise you will die from the heat. Thirst to death! 3) When placing an order, the clerk will tell the customer twice in a row, "Regular price!" ”, the first time I answered “Yes.” She repeated it the second time, and I pointed at the menu price and asked her, “Is it the same price plus one!?” She didn’t answer and she decided to place the order. Is there too much pressure to reopen the evening market? Still surprised that customers have no money to pay! ? 4) More than one piece of skewered chicken has broken bones, so be very careful when eating! Because we wanted to eat vegetables, we ordered Ma Jiexiu Stir-fried Weng Cai, but unfortunately it was sold out! The staff recommended us to eat sprouts, but we saw four young people from the next table. People ordered it and said it was spicy, so we didn’t dare to order it. My husband ate the cucumber and cherry tomatoes that were served on the side dish. He found that the cherries had gone bad and smelled, and he vomited. This made us think that there might be no refrigeration and the ingredients went bad. We believe we will not come back again.
