We had an absolutely wonderful experience here and would highly recommend it. Although we were staying at a different hotel, we came here on a recommendation and were amazed by the exceptional hospitality. We had originally booked a regular table, but the manager casually asked if we would like to sit closer to the beach. Thanks to this spontaneous gesture, we ended up enjoying a beautiful private dinner setup right by the water, which made the evening incredibly special. It also happened to be my birthday, and the team surprised us with a cake and outstanding service throughout the night. What impressed us most was that after we had already left, they even brought the cake to our hotel so they could still wish me a happy birthday. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was beautiful, and the staff truly went above and beyond. Thank you for making my birthday so memorable – we will definitely be back! Pum Pui Restaurant was quite difficult to find using Google Maps, which was a little frustrating, but once we eventually located it, the setting was lovely and had a really nice atmosphere. The service was very good throughout and the staff were attentive and friendly. Unfortunately, there were some people nearby playing videos or music loudly on their phones, which was quite irritating. Obviously that’s not the restaurant’s fault, but it did take away from the overall experience. The food was decent, but considering the price, it didn’t quite live up to expectations. It was noticeably more expensive than many of the other restaurants in the area, and the wine in particular felt especially overpriced. Overall, while it was a pleasant enough meal, there are definitely better restaurants nearby offering better food and value for money.
