茶色のトイプーと、ヨーキーに会いたくて入店しました。最初チワワのユリア？ちゃんが来てくれました。予想外にチワワがこんなに懐いてくれるなんて思わなかった。他のチワワも来てくれました、茶色トイプーの方に私が目を向けてたのに、スタッフの若い男性が、違うお客様の所に茶色トイプーを膝の上に載せて行きました。もう少し接客どうにかならないのかな？と、思い違うドックカフェ行ったらそこの店が本当に接客よかったです。

Such a lovely experience. At first we were concerned about the safety and treatment of the animals, as we have heard some alarming things about pet cafes. This was certainly not the case here - none of the animals showed any signs of stress or fear. There were so many rules in place involving personal hygiene and how to approach the animals, or behave around them, as not to scare or harm them. There were signs around the area and the staff gave us time to read the information sheets before entering. I was really over the moon to see these things in place - congratulations to your staff on creating such a beautiful environment and for putting the animals first, this is exactly how it should be as it's their home and we are just visiting. Yuria and Aurora were absolute angels - I was lucky enough to have both take a nap on my lap. Didn't want to put them down! Thank you, Puppy Cocoa Cafe staff
