The food is always excellent, healthy, and very well prepared. I really appreciate the quality and the transparency of your restaurant. Congratulations to the whole team. However, I would like to share one suggestion that I believe could benefit everyone. Since you moved to the new location, with many more tables both indoors and outdoors, many customers now want to enjoy dinner at the restaurant. In my opinion, having the last order at 7:00 PM no longer matches the way customers use the restaurant. Around 7:00 PM is exactly when many people start thinking about going out for dinner. As a result, a lot of customers arrive just before 7:00 PM, and the staff suddenly have many tables to serve at the same time, even though they are preparing to close. They look completely overwhelmed. Then, from 7:01 PM onwards, every new customer has to be turned away. I have personally seen many people continue to arrive after 7:00 PM, only to be told that the restaurant is no longer accepting orders. It happens again and again every evening. I truly believe that extending the last order to around 9:30 PM, as many restaurants do, would make a huge difference. It would allow customers to enjoy dinner at a more natural time, increase revenue for the business, and reduce the pressure on the staff by spreading customers over a longer period. It might require adjusting the work schedule or hiring a few more employees, but I believe the additional revenue would more than compensate for it. In the end, it would be a win for the owner, a win for the staff, and most importantly, a win for the customers who would love to enjoy your food in the evening. Apart from this suggestion, everything is still outstanding. The food is delicious, healthy, and prepared with great transparency. Keep up the excellent work!

I am Thailand resident and come to Rawai very often and since Pure Prep opened has become my favourite place. The food is spot on: clean, mix match to reach your calorie’s target or just normal menu that can be custom as well. Desserts are delicious and some of them “guilt” free. The staff is lovely and super friendly and polite. Not all is good and that’s why I don’t give 5 stars. Things that would be great to improve: 1. EDIT: parking available just few meters up the road!! 2. Noise inside can be an issue if you are sensitive (I am sound and acoustic engineer so this is my case). Some nice white acoustic panels stick to the ceiling would fix it. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ฿600–800 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Really enjoyed the experience. They do have some nice vegan options - though the selection is a bit limited - but what they offer is genuinely delicious. I had the vegan pancakes and the overnight oats, and both were excellent. It would be great to see them expand their vegan menu, as there’s definitely potential there. That said, it’s still a spot I’d happily recommend for a cozy visit and tasty food. Price per person: ฿200–400 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: Highly recommend.
