Place was nice but food was meh. Tom yum and seafood soup was bland and there are missing items when we ordered the Premium platter ($40) with adds on too. (1 x disappointment) They asked if we wanted to add on food upon reservations through WhatsApp and we asked for 2 more servings of chicken. When we came to the cashier, they acknowledged our orders but they have not even keyed in the order nor make our order ready upon arrival. They told us that they do not have extra chicken and we are utterly disappointed. So why they even ask as on WhatsApp to reserve the chickens? (2 x disappointment) We could’ve just add on the order the day itself. Normally at other hotpot places, their meat are around 150-250g and their 100g is very small and pathetic. Other than that, the rojak was good - but they forget to prepare this and took awhile so we have to ask them ( 3 x disappointment). We are so happy to support our Muslim-malay establishment and eating our dinner but with this standard, they’re quite number of good steamboat places out there to compare with. I hope the team will managed this restaurant well because I see that there are opportunities to grow. Meal type: Dinner

This is the place to be if you love waiting 1.5 hours for tasteless steamboat. Broth tastes like it's made from cube stock. Don't understand why we had to wait so long for steamboat when there were only 3-4 tables with people at that point of time. Place was understaffed. Staff was nice tho.
