A cosy, relatively quiet spot in ION, good for a break, working, or studying away from the crowds. The coffee is decent, and the the dine-in drinks are served in paper cups with plastic lids despite the café’s sustainability messaging. I don’t mind but this might put off some who are more environmentally conscious. The koiugh aman was disappointing, dense, not flaky, and quite dry. At around $12 for one coffee and one pastry, it doesn’t feel like good value. I might return for the ambience and coffee, but would skip the pastries. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Had been drank their coffee since newly opening. Recently went back again for a coffee break. The staff just followed me to a table which I just put my stuff. Yet there was no proper cleaning on the table. Didn't why did the staff follow the customer who was me in the first place. After ordering, only called out the order for the drink. The staff can follow me yet cannot serve my order to my table. Definitely not self-entitlement. Rather the staff can be so rude in their attitudes. Not just one but two staff. Except for the younger one who was wearing spec. She was still at all smile to response my order was ready at the counter. The other staff who followed me was at the cashier counter just shouted that my order at the counter. Tot coffee was nice, however with this kind suck up service standard. Will not come back for their coffee again

It’s a lovely spot for a coffee break, even if the pastries are a bit underwhelming. My only real gripe was getting my coffee in a takeaway cup instead of real mug. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
