Terrible staff attitude. Bought 16 pack of swiss rolls. Staff was very impatient as i needed to make a few trips to pick up with i want as the tray can only safely take 4 packs at a time. When i told staff that one of the chocolate roll box is lightly crushed and i like it changed. She just took thr pack and slamed it into the bin. I still bought the cake because i needed the cakes for a event. To be honest, it did crossed my mind to abort the purchase. This is the last time i will be pattonising this shop.
