For me, the food was average overall, and I found it a little expensive for what you get. However, I have to say that the noodles were really good and definitely one of the highlights of the meal. What I really loved about the place was the ambiance and, of course, the adorable cats! There were several cute cats roaming around, which made the dining experience quite unique and entertaining. That said, if you are someone who is very particular about food safety and cleanliness, this restaurant might not be for you. There are live cats moving around the dining area, so I can understand why some people might feel uncomfortable with this. It may also be difficult for anyone with cat allergies, especially because of the amount of cat fur around. Personally, though, I was completely okay with it. I actually found the cats incredibly cute and enjoyed having them around while eating. I love cats, so for me, they were definitely part of the experience! Overall, I would say QRF is more about the unique experience and adorable cat-filled atmosphere than exceptional food. The noodles are definitely worth trying, though!
