Stumbled upon this quaint little Japanese eatery inside Hysan Place and it completely blew me away. The vibe is so cozy and inviting, making it the perfect escape from the mall crowds. You absolutely cannot miss the beef udon—the broth was incredibly flavorful and the noodles had the perfect chew. But the real surprise was the truffle pasta. It was perfectly rich, aromatic, and easily rivals what you’d get at high-end spots. Amazing food, lovely ambiance, and great service. I’ll definitely be back for more! Price per person: HK$50–100
