As a coffee lover, I've visited so many cafes across Taipei and Qasim Coffee is the one I keep coming back to! The owner is a true barista who really knows his stuff about coffee. He roasts his coffee beans onsite and makes some of the best coffees I've ever tasted! And I can't believe how reasonable the prices are. It's definitely a hidden gem in this neighbourhood! (I'm currently sipping on a delicious latte from Qasim while writing this review.)
