四川料理屋さんに一人でくると3品で398HKDなどの複数人前提のお店で困惑することがたまにあるがここはアラカルトで頼める。いつも頼みがちな水煮牛とホワイトワインを注文、意外とホワイトワインの甘さが四川料理に合う。四川料理のときに提供される皿は巨大で呆然とするが、今回もその例に漏れない。ただ、これも四川料理あるあるだが可食部分が極めて少なく、唐辛子などの香辛料および胡椒のような薬味で量200%マシマシなので大丈夫だ。食べ終わりのころになると牛肉のかけらを探す旅が始まる。旅を終えてお会計のころには我に返り、着てきた白Tに模様ができていることに気付いた。.
