I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience at Qi - House of Sichuan on the evening of 19 July was simply unacceptable. From the start, the service was incredibly poor. One of the female staff was rude and dismissive — we had to ask multiple times for warm or cold water, and even then, no cups were brought to us for a long while. Eventually, we had to get up and fetch the water jug ourselves. Only after that did the staff approach us, and shockingly, she slammed the cold water cups on our table so forcefully that the glass almost shattered. We waited over an hour after placing our order before any food arrived. When we politely told the same female staff we would like to order three bowls of rice, she simply stared at us with a cold face and completely ignored the request — not a single word of acknowledgment, let alone action. The lack of basic courtesy was astounding. To top it all off, at 8:58pm, one of your staff smashed a piece of tableware. The sound was deafening and startled everyone around. This is not just poor service — it’s a serious safety concern. This level of unprofessionalism is deeply disappointing for a restaurant of your reputation. I strongly urge the management to investigate this incident and ensure your service team is trained to meet even the most basic standards of hospitality.
