found dead insect (spider) in the cold soya bean drink. I then see how they prepare and realised they simply add soya bean powder to water and ice. The base are left with chunks of undissolved soya bean powder lump together. Very poorly prepared and done to be passed off as "soya bean drink" and needless to say, their hygiene is questionable. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I don’t know what is happening within Qiji, there is definitely a recipe change with their Popiahs and other dishes. Please look into further improving in your recipes, if not I won’t be surprise if this pioneer Qi Ji stall at Nex will be closed within 2 years. Meal type: Lunch Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

We sat down to have our dinner . The worker was cleaning around us giving us no peace to eat. Finally she said I have been waiting for you to leave so that I clean up to close up. I have only 2 spoonful of rice to finish . She can’t wait to shoo us off. I got up to leave with food not finish on the plate. I was shock by the behaviour of the worker from this place. In the first place then they should not make the sale , tell us that we can only do take away. Not tell us that she is waiting for us to leave so that she can clean up to close . If you don’t want people to eat then don’t sell. Tell us u are closing at 9.30pm sharp we got to be out of your shop. Meal type: Dinner Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
