The muslim was uneatable and cold and no halal certification was given. The halal certification was supposed to be there. My muslim friends that attend my wedding never eat anything. I am totally embarrassed the next week. The dessert only have enough for 5 person for 10 person chinese table. Worst choice for a wedding dinner event.

I was having my company dinner last night at Qian Xi, the first interaction with the restaurant was the so called the " 1 Valet Parking", true enough it's only 1 valet and was the the most hostile valet l ever met whose managing the parking. He could actually chase you away instead asking or telling you nicely to move on. It's for free and what can you expect, OMG.... Food was so-so, service staffs were mostly senior citizens at least 60s and above, l pity both them and the industry. I guess F&B industry really having problem with hiring but the problem was, they don't ask if you were done with the dish while we are still eating instead they will just throw all used plates or mess left behind (Bones, tooth picks, used tissues etc...) into the dish plates . OMG... X2 Being trained since young as a waiter/service crew in the restaurant, l own a pub previously with valet parking, till now still as a service personnel in the sales industry. Qian Xi definitely raised an amber,no l mean RED light about my service attitude towards my future.

Received very bad customer service from the sales director Torrance. Despite confirming the date yesterday via SMS yesterday, i was asked to confirm again today. Hence i requested for an email confirmation as he doesn't keep records of customer's enquiry via SMS. But instead i received this msg from him (exact quote) - "Den nvm bah, why not u Tink over? Cos many enquiries on this date too." Obviously he is not interested in doing my business. What a bad experience.
