Until recently, I dunno Quad Cafe also manages this small Western food eatery out of the way from the hustle and bustle of the campus. The obscure location also seems to confuse a lot visitors, seen from the comments prior mistaken it for the main Quad Cafe cafeteria in the CCEB/College of Engineering building. The eatery's operating hour is from 9 AM to 7 PM, although in reality it often closes well before the official closing hour. In one occasion, it closed before 5:30 PM lol. It has a couple of breakfast menu but it opens at 9 AM, which is way too late for most to have. The menu itself are alright, among the better ones in NTU for Western food. The fried rice dishes are decent and priced fairly ($5.5), the rice texture was just right and the style was more on the black Indonesian fried rice. The chicken chop is a safe option that is hard to mess up, served with staples and sides of choice. The order usually comes rather quick, despite the one-person operation of the eatery. Had a Double Chicken Chop with black pepper sauce for $12.50. it's quite value for money in the university. Food wise can't compare to real deal cafe but it's okay. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
