Had a wonderful afternoon high tea experience at Raffles Room. The ambience was peaceful, and very quiet, which made the entire experience feel extra relaxing and intimate. The service was impeccable from start to finish. James and Joanna were especially attentive, warm, and thoughtful throughout the session. Our tea was constantly refilled without us even needing to ask. The selection of savouries and desserts was beautifully presented and genuinely delicious. Every item tasted refined and balanced, not just pretty for photos. At this point, this is honestly the best afternoon high tea I’ve had in SG so far. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The service was excellent from the time I made the booking and making further enquiries. I had the hi tea on 6 April. The valet service was efficient and hassle free. The service staff (Joanna and Jeremy) were attentive, pleasant and able to find the right moments to serve the items, change the plates, refill and change the tea, without interrupting the conversation I was having with my friend. I was pleasantly surprised by the three changes of tea. The savoury and sweet items were also well curated and aesthetically presented, especially the Janice Khoo’s dessert. When Joanna overheard that it was my friend’s birthday, she quickly brought a cake for her, adding a nice touch. It was heavenly enjoying the hi tea facing a 120 year old tree and a resident peacock which kept pacing around outside the window. I would definitely recommend this experience when you want to destress and have a special event to celebrate. Price per person: $100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
