Awful experience here today. Ordered food that took easily over an hour to arrive, when it did arrive it was the worst dish I've had in months, and when we asked for another beer the waitress seemingly forgot about it and it never arrived. Also more expensive than most other places surrounding it.I was hopeful upon entry to watch the rugby because the atmosphere was pretty good but the service was just horrific. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Sorry for the bad service that night. It was the busiest night for us for a long time, not just rugby but big Premiership matches too. We had one staff on holiday, one fell sick at late notice and then as you saw it we were completely packed out. As a tourist you might think we are that busy normally and used to working like this but it was quite unexpected.
