Not very far away from most locations in Bangkok, at most travel time would take 2 hours anywhere in Bangkok MAXIMUM. Starting off, the river prawn Thermidor was absolutely AMAZING!!! The cheese is a little salty, but the herb pesto version was good. The escargot-like dish was good the second time; the first time, the cheese was a little too charred. The Shabu section's beef (Anyone reading this, I recommend you get the beef tongue; it's very tasty and melts in your mouth ) and vegetables were very tasty, and the broths were ABSOLUTE flavor bombs. (In this case I got the mushroom soup along with the sukiyaki soup.) The duck in orange sauce with potato has very diverse flavors, the orange sauce giving it a tangy and sour taste, and the grilled duck's tenderness and smoky flavor along with the potato for texture. Mashed potato with gravy was a very good appetizer along with the gravy. All the sashimi here is VERY fresh and worth the price (940 baht with the 7% VAT calculated, or around 30 USD per person). I find that price worth it for hybrid fine dining and a hot pot buffet. The wagyu steak tartare may take a little long, but the flavor and taste make up for it. There's also a variety of orzo pasta dishes, and ALL of them are delicious. Some of the dishes are just so buttery and good, to the level of them melting in your mouth. The wine sauce wagyu pasta's wagyu would literally MELT in your mouth. Lastly, the rum raisin ice cream was an amazing desert, and the rum raisins tasted like molasses but a whole lot better.
