My mother and I really enjoyed our experience at Ribbon. The food was excellent, and exceptionally fresh and well presented. I really enjoyed the seafood stew, which was the best of its kind I have ever had. The service was also very attentive, with our server Ellen taking great care of us. I also really appreciated her ability to speak English and the lengths she went to accommodate any request we made or answer any question we had. I highly recommend Ribbon to anyone looking to have high quality Korean BBQ in Taichung. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $2,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I don't always give 5 stars, but this place totally deserves it! Theres not a lot of authentic Korean places here in Taichung, but this place has high quality meat and unique banchan, like soy marinated quail eggs and guava flavored cucumber strips. We got the set meal for 2-3 people, and it was more than enough food. We kept eating and the courses kept coming. The butter beer was also a nice add. Most of all, the service staff were quick, efficient, and cooked the meat to perfection, especially the duck breast! Big shout out to Leon for being the master cook and making our bellies so happy Will definitely be back with an empty stomach! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $800–1,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
