平日の昼に鉄板焼きを利用。やっぱりリージェントの洋食は全店、相変わらずなんだなと。(地下に入ってる店は別)まぁ担当シェフによって少し味は違うと思うけど。トマトとチーズの何かは味付けが甘すぎてチーズだけ食べてギブアップ。海鮮のエビホタテアスパラは素材は良いけれど、付け合わせのソースの味が強すぎて、そのまま付けずに食べ、ステーキは五分焼きで頼んだはずが8分焼き？で、不味くはないけど再訪はないなぁ。デザートのイチゴは見た目は赤くて大きくて美味しそう！と期待して食べたら、全く味がしなくて残念。唯一ミルフィーユだけ甘さ控えめで良かった。

ランチに行く方がリーズナブルなんです。ローストビーフが旨いです。接客はだんだん良くなってますね。サラダも種類が多く気に入ってます。

If we look at restaurant food in Taipei, the restaurants under the Regent Hotel should be the ones that keep diners coming back. Among them, Robin's Grill Taipei is definitely among the best, at least for me, haha! Please note that the ROBIN’S restaurant located on the second floor of the hotel is divided into steak house and teppanyaki. Check-in is at the same counter, and then you are taken to different spaces for dining. The menus and dining methods are different. The ordering method at ROBIN'S Steak House is a semi-buffet. You first choose the main meal (including bread, soup and drinks), while the salad bar and dessert area are all-you-can-eat. Compared with the all-you-can-eat downstairs The buffet may not have enough items, but the quality is relatively exquisite! To be honest, you will never go back after eating at their salad bar, because all the items look very fresh and increase your appetite. The corn is fresh and sweet, and the sauces are rich. In addition, the cold seafood area is the most popular area, with thick and delicious food. There are sliced smoked salmon, boiled blue diamond shrimps, and grilled vegetables. There is also a very mini and simulated "micro vegetable garden" next to it, which should be quite attractive to children! There are two kinds of bread before the meal.
