The staff at Ros are incredibly friendly and attentive, adding to the overall enjoyable experience. They’re happy to recommend dishes based on your spice tolerance, so whether you’re a heat-seeker or prefer milder flavors, you’re in good hands. Don’t miss out on the side dishes either! The som tam (green papaya salad) offers a refreshing crunch, while the sticky rice is the perfect accompaniment to soak up all those delicious sauces.
