Upscale restaurant nestled in nature. Perfect for an afternoon meal with family and friends. There are unique food items like quail egg siew Mai, beancurd sheet roll in fish stock which is a nice twist to traditonal dim sum. Taylor, Sammi, Ee Sim and Jason were very attentive during our meal here with their constant smiles and timely check-ins. Kudos to the team! Me and my wife really enjoyed our time here. excellent executed mother's day meal here. they're new and the web reservation process had some kinks and I had to reach out first via phonecall. resto is hard to get to if you have babies or need special assistance. the buggy ride from the main Raffles lobby is a novelty, but the ride back from the resto is not arranged for you. signages to the restaurant from the little building you're dropped off at are lacking, with nothing and no one to tell you RC is a level down / take the stairs! also no signages for the restrooms. confusing. all this aside, we enjoyed the food / set menu overall. MANY courses - we sat for a few enjoyable hours. the service was also world class. the lady waitress with a ponytail was so attentive to my dietary requirements and I truly appreciated that. very thoughtful. wish I remembered her name! Ben the waiter also explained the dishes really clearly and was very professional! he was exceptionally receptive when we gave feedback after the meal that the noodle dish was overly oily, bland and almost inedible for half of us (we left the noodles on the table). all other dishes at dim sum were excellent, especially the crystal dumplings, truffle crab meat, chicken and the desserts!

Very friendly and attentive service. Forgot our cake in our car with the valet, waiter helped to collect the cake for us. Refilled our tea regularly. No brithday freebies but that was fine. And got a normal buggy ride from hotel lobby to restaurant. Though no one greeted us and we had to find our own way to the dining area. Raffles signature tea was great. Jasmine green tea was tasteless. You should order the Royal China Tasting Set to try the different dimsum varities. Dimsum was great especially the Mala Puff, Quail Egg Siew Mai & Wu Gok. The duck fried rice & the fried rice included in the set were fragrant and flavourful. Peking duck & the other dishes in the set (tofu, soup, taro) were just ok. Don’t try the cheese octopus and spicy wanton, they’re very basic. Good to try once, but won’t be coming back. Don’t be fooled by the influencers’ videos. Didn’t get the Rolce Royce buggy, even though it was parked right there, excuse was “driver is eating”, as if no one else could drive a buggy… The place is very small and cramped. Maximum 12 ish tables. 2 kids were shouting and crying for the first hour. No signs to the toilet. Last 6 photos of were the hotel lobby itself. Super small lobby and messy, trash were not cleared up from tables. Whole vibe of restaurant and hotel felt so forced and more like a house than a fancy hotel.
