I have eaten in many buffet reastaurants and La Stella definitely beats them all easily. First of all, they have all you can drink wine (white and red) and draft beer. Their wine is decent for a buffet, and they have about 6 or 7 different types of draft beer. As for their food...When I go to buffet restaurant, I usually find at most 3 to 4 things I like to eat and stick with them. Problem with this place was that I did not have big enough stomach to try everything. Everything I tried was surprisingly good. They have wide range of selection such as beef, lamb, king crab pasta, sushi, salad, and so on. Compared to other buffet, their beef is juicy and tender. Lamb taste almost as good as going to a restaurant that specializes in lamb. Pasta is freshly prepared so you don't have to worry about mushy noodles. Barley has great texture and it is well seasoned with olive oil. Selection of cheese and cold cuts complement the wine well. Cake is very moist with light cream which is not too sweet. Fruits are fresh and ripe. I could go on, but I started getting little tipsy and full from all the wine and beers. I almost forgot to mention this is not a cheap place. It is 68,000 won per person. I think it is worth it, and I consider myself frugal when it comes to food.
