Sirirach Thai Dessert is a wonderful stop for traditional Thai sweets, located right next to a famous Pad Thai shop. The selection of desserts is impressive, with plenty of classic Thai treats to choose from. My personal favorite is the savory crispy Thai pancakes — light, crispy, and packed with flavor. The best part is that many items are freshly made right in front of you, making it fun to watch the preparation while waiting for your dessert. A great place to experience authentic Thai sweets in a lively atmosphere. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

A tasty queue snack, but expect a location premium! Since this stall is located right next door to Thipsamai, the incredible smell wafting over while we were standing in line was just too tempting to ignore. We decided to grab a few to snack on while waiting for our table. We tried both the Sweet topping (with dried persimmons) and the Salty topping (with river prawn) of their Thai crispy pancakes (Khanombuang). Overall, the taste was quite decent! The outer shell was perfectly thin and crispy, and both fillings had a nice, well-balanced flavor that hit the spot. The only downside is definitely the price. It is quite expensive for street food. Later on, I spotted this exact same type of snack in various food courts for literally half the price. To be fair, I didn't try the cheaper ones elsewhere, so I can't directly compare the quality or taste, but the markup here is very noticeable. Overall conclusion: A crispy, delicious, and convenient treat to hold you over while queuing for your Pad Thai, but be aware that you are paying a premium for the prime location!
