In one word...( ⁎ᵕᴗᵕ⁎ )︎ It's a waste to tell you about it, but it's a shop filled with so many wonderful things that I'm itching to talk about. A modern black-style building with a simple and tasteful large triangular roof in a corner of a quiet upscale residential area. As soon as you step in, greenery welcomes you elegantly. If you follow the directions, time will stop for a moment in this wonderful garden. When I returned to reality and opened the eye-catching yellow door, I was even more impressed...my excitement was already at its max. This is Cafe & Bar Rad Standard, which has no information board or signboard. However, if you use Google directions, you will arrive without getting lost. The person who greeted us was Kazupi-san (sounds like: Wow, I'm the same as Instagram). Today's style is mainly yellow, same as the door. The Minion style was created perfectly using accessories. I visited with the image of a fashionable leader who can wear any kind of clothes, and he did not disappoint. I was impressed by his soft demeanor and very calm and pleasant way of speaking, and he spoke kindly to me even though it was my first visit. The interior of the store has an open ceiling that extends all the way to the ceiling, giving it a very open feel. Plants and dry plants are arranged tastefully, and you can see the garden from the window. As for the food, it's delicious without any compromise, and it looks stylish! This time, I ordered half spice curry, bruschetta, and rice flour red bean chiffon cake strawberry special. Today's spice curry was "Cold pork belly shabu curry". The collaboration between cold shabu salad and curry was a novel idea, but it went really well and was delicious. The handmade spices have an extraordinary depth of detail, and the flavors are amazing. The bruschetta was also more impressive than I expected. I was fooled by the image of it being crunchy, but it turned out to be chewy and fluffy, and the aroma of the truffle dressing topping hit my nose. (My impressions are too poor ^^; I'm sorry) The bread was so delicious that I would like to visit the bakery you taught me about sometime soon! The rice flour red bean chiffon cake strawberry special was definitely delicious. The food was prepared by Hiroto, who looked sharp in a suit. He is a very versatile person who has a taste for music, can cook, and has good taste.He was a wonderful person with a great sense of humor, and I thought he was a craftsman-like person, and he interacted perfectly with Kazupi Kiya. I know it's difficult to talk about things when you're busy or crowded, but we all had a wonderful time. Brief store information is below, but you can check out more details on Instagram.
