A great place. Especially it was usually a radar station and then renovated into a cafe. Don’t miss the rooftop. It’s a must go secret spot. You could have a spectacular view of the Keelung island. A kind reminder- you might need to take the steps up and walk for about a minute to hit the cafe. But it’s definitely worth the walk. Meal type: Other Price per person: NT$1–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
