美味しい中国茶のお店です。今回はレコメンドメニューの中から佳花三弄を注文。さっぱりとした風味で飲みやすく、また別のメニューも試してみたいです。

I had a very unpleasant experience with this Grab Pickup order. The app showed that my order was “ready to collect,” so I went to the store. However, when I arrived and informed the staff that I was there for a Grab Pickup, the staff member did not even check my order details and immediately told me to wait 10 minutes. Her attitude was unfriendly and dismissive from the beginning. She continued doing other tasks and did not make any effort to verify or prepare my order. Only after a few minutes did she finally ask for my order number, but even then, she still did not start preparing it right away. I only noticed that my drink was being made much later. In total, I had to wait about 16 minutes after the app indicated that the order was ready. This completely defeats the purpose of “Pickup,” and the inaccurate status wasted my time. On top of that, the staff’s poor attitude made the experience even worse. Very disappointed. Service: 1 Order type: Takeaway
