Very disappointing experience — terrible coffee and poor customer service I visited Ralph Lauren Café at CentralWorld expecting a premium experience, especially because the brand carries such a strong international name. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The coffee was honestly very bad. It did not taste fresh, balanced, or properly made, and for the price they charge, the quality was nowhere near acceptable. I politely told the staff that the coffee was not good and asked if they could change it or adjust it. Instead of trying to help, they simply refused. Their answer was that I was supposed to tell them exactly what I wanted in the coffee before ordering, and that they could not change or adjust it later. This attitude is shocking for a café under a premium lifestyle brand. Even Starbucks, which is much cheaper than them, will happily remake or adjust your coffee if you are not satisfied. They understand customer service. At Ralph Lauren Café, the staff acted like they did not care at all. The staff came across as rude, careless, and uninterested in solving a simple problem. No apology, no effort, no hospitality. It felt like the customer’s satisfaction did not matter. For a brand like Ralph Lauren, this is really disappointing and damaging to the brand image. A premium café is not just about decoration, branding, or expensive pricing. It should also be about quality, service, and making the customer feel respected. Sadly, this café failed badly on all three. Very poor coffee, very poor attitude, and very poor management standards. What a shame for such a respected brand. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
