We have stayed here numerous times over the last 10 years! Always been very professional, friendly hospitable and overall very charming, but the way that they have helped me and my family. I would recommend this hotel to anybody who wants a great location in Bangkok which is very clean and comfortable and also the food is very good. I would always upgrade to the executive club lounge which for a little bit extra. Did you a lot more for your stay.
