Ramen is not bad, personally I like the gyoza even more, tasty but not oily. Highly recommended!!

The broth here is the highlight, rich and flavorful. Chashu is a close second, tender and smoky. The noodles is housemade, I would prefer it to be more springy. Gyoza is forgettable.

Signature Bari-Uma ramen is okay. But nothing beats the tenderness of Keisuke Tonkotsu's chashu!
