ま、そうだよね。大したことないって分かってたけど行ってみた。情熱がないラーメンはやっぱりたいしたことないな。サービススタッフもダルそうに働いてる。知らない人の家に来たような感覚になる雰囲気。この店の終わりが見える。. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30

Staff were very friendly, that’s definitely a bonus. I got the Original Tonkotsu with thin noodles. Noodles cooked al dente with a good spring, north was rich and hearty. The Chashu was great too, overall a good bowl of ramen. Free corn and bean sprouts provided too as condiments. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

the flavour was very nostalgic. it was like having my ramen for the first time. the broth was thick, rich and sinful. Ramen Hitoyoshi properly boiled all the pork bone down to its element. Highly recommended for ramen lovers. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
